This page could give a list of contact addresses for your clan members and leaders. You could also provide links to forum profiles,clan email addresses (if you have a domain) and relevant time-zones so people have an idea of when you'll be able to get back to them.
Alternatively you could use a PHP Script to give a quick contact form.
